this is my tumblr for (amongst other poetess-ing things) sonnet-gifts & promised commissioned poems, niblets for new friends & fans that i make/molest in my travels as the burlesque poetess, no good costume trunk/tenor ukicorn playing stowaway in walter sickert & the army of broken toys. if you goosed me on twitter or gave me a topic and/or your email address at a show, bienvenue! here be thine virtual immortalizing “merch” love.
these are a great treat for me to write as being given parameters in fact sets us free! (as most well-versed writers know) and i love seeing where my mind goes when pinched/prodded/spanked in a certain direction. i do post usually in a very early/rough stage, but as they evolve into new drafts i’ll be sure to let folks know, i share updated versions now and again. so this is to say, this is a poetic sketchbook. forgive the first drafts their something or other.
soon you’ll be able to take online virtual creative writing workshops (or register for one on one mentorship) with me. stay tuned, rabbits. i can’t wait to make more verse in this universe happen by helping you.
